This page sets the rules for using zoxiffy.com (the "Site") and requesting rental services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator identity

zoxiffy.com is operated by zoxiffy.com LLC, EDRPOU 29260027, Business Center Horizon, 15 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Contact: contact@zoxiffy.com, +380 981 474 9389. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

2. Website use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. We may suspend access for violations.

3. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request is a request to rent, not a confirmed contract. We will contact you to confirm availability, price, and terms. A contract is formed upon our written confirmation. Information about services is provided in Ukrainian, with English as an additional language, under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019.

4. Consumer rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you have the right to clear, timely, and reliable information before purchase. You may apply to the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and to courts for dispute resolution.

5. Personal data

We process personal data per Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024. Cookies require unambiguous, specific, and informed consent; see our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. We do not make false discount or hidden fee claims, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts.
