Rental rules in short

Riders must be 18 or older with a valid ID. Category A1 or AM licence is required for scooters, category B is accepted for e-bikes.
A helmet is mandatory on every ride and one is supplied with each rental at no extra cost.
A refundable deposit of UAH 3,000 is held by card pre-authorisation and released within 3 business days of return.
Rides must stay inside the marked service zone. Leaving it adds an out-of-zone fee, listed on the fare table.
