Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

For daily rentals, you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are charged 50% of the rental price. For weekly rentals, the free cancellation window is 72 hours before the start time; later cancellations are charged 30% of the total rental price.

2. Deposit Refunds

Security deposits are refundable in full within 5 business days after the rental period ends, provided the item is returned undamaged and on time. If there is damage or late return, we may deduct reasonable repair or late fees, and we will provide a written explanation.

3. No-Show

If you do not collect the rental item within 2 hours after the agreed start time without prior notice, we may treat it as a no-show. In that case, the full rental price for the first day (daily) or the first week (weekly) is charged, and no refund is due.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you may apply to the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to courts for dispute resolution.

5. Legal Information

In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015, we provide our full business name, EDRPOU code, location and contact details before you conclude a contract. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024.
