Rental Rules
- Age & License: 18+ with valid driver's license (A1+). ID required. Scooters up to 25 km/h require no license but age 18+.
- Helmet & Safety: Helmets provided and mandatory. No riding under influence. No passengers on single-seat vehicles.
- Insurance: Basic liability included (third-party up to UAH 50,000). Theft, injury, and vehicle damage not covered. Optional full coverage available.
- Deposit: Refundable UAH 5,000. Returned within 5 business days if vehicle is in good condition and no violations.
- Permitted Areas: Only within Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa city limits. No highways, pedestrian zones, or off-road.
- Responsibilities: You cover fines and damage. Report accidents immediately. No subletting. Follow traffic laws.
